Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing hardware products, including circuit boards, components, and systems, while adhering to industry standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware engineering and the necessary qualifications to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test hardware components and systems, including circuit boards and electronic devices.
• Create detailed technical specifications and schematics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for hardware development projects.
• Ensure all hardware designs comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues.
• Document design processes, test results, and maintenance procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in hardware engineering and technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in hardware engineering.
• Strong understanding of circuit design, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
• Proficiency in using CAD software for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Experience with hardware testing and debugging tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in hardware engineering or related areas.
• Experience with FPGA design and development.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Familiarity with IoT devices and wireless communication protocols.
• Proficiency in programming languages, like C/C++ and/or Verilog/VHDL.
• Familiar with industry regulations like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and RoHS.
• Knowledge of hardware regulatory requirements, such as FCC and CE.
