Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing interfaces and mapping out the user experience journey for the various solutions we develop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design and a visible portfolio of past designs that demonstrate their skills and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Map out the user experience journey to ensure seamless and user-friendly interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in UI/UX design for software solutions.
- A strong portfolio showcasing past design projects and demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with designing interfaces for biometric and face capture verification systems.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Experience with motion design and animation.
