Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support

    • Handle general office management tasks, including organizing files, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Assist with organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
    • Manage office logistics, travel arrangements, and event coordination as needed.
    • Oversee and support administrative processes, including record-keeping and document management.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring smooth procurement and maintenance of office equipment.
  2. Communication and PR

    • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the organization’s visibility and brand.
    • Prepare and edit organizational materials such as press releases, reports, newsletters, and social media posts.
    • Manage the organization’s social media channels, updating content regularly and engaging with audiences.
    • Serve as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, including media, partners, and the public.
    • Coordinate and support internal communications, ensuring employees are informed of organizational developments.
  3. Customer Relations and Inquiries

    • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing excellent customer service and redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
    • Handle communication with clients, stakeholders, and partners via email, phone, or in-person.
    • Maintain and update contact lists and distribute information as needed.
  4. Data and Reporting

    • Gather and organize data for reporting purposes, including monthly summaries of communication activities.
    • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external use.
    • Support data collection and analysis to inform organizational strategy and planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administration, communications, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media management and content creation is a plus.
