Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled System Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for our computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless system operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
3. Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software.
4. Provide technical support to users.
5. Develop and implement system optimization strategies.
6. Ensure data security and backup.
7. Collaborate with IT teams for system integration.
8. Document system procedures and maintenance.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in system support.
3. Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
4. Knowledge of network protocols and architectures.
5. Experience with troubleshooting tools.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. IT certifications (CompTIA A+, CCNA).
2. Experience with cloud-based systems.
3. Familiarity with IT service management software.
