 Job Overview:

We seek a skilled Customer Support & Training Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and training to our clients. Provides direct assistance to customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to products and services.

 Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide product information and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Escalate complex issues to technical teams.

 Training:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers and staff.
  • Create training materials, user manuals, and guides.
  • Conduct on-site and online training sessions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness.

 Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
  • Identify and report product issues to development team.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and support metrics.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support and training.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Familiarity with training management software (e.g., LMS).

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in customer support or training (e.g., CCNA, CTT+).
  • Experience with technical writing and documentation.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and technologies.
