Job Overview:
We seek a skilled Customer Support & Training
Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and training to our
clients. Provides direct assistance to customers, handling
inquiries and resolving issues related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide product information and troubleshooting guidance.
- Escalate complex issues to technical teams.
Training:
- Develop and deliver training programs for customers and staff.
- Create training materials, user manuals, and guides.
- Conduct on-site and online training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
- Identify and report product issues to development team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support and training.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Familiarity with training management software (e.g., LMS).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in customer support or training (e.g., CCNA, CTT+).
- Experience with technical writing and documentation.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and technologies.
