Job Overview:
We seek an experienced Product Analyst/QA Tester to
join our dynamic team. As a Product Analyst/QA Tester, you will play a
critical role in driving product development, market research, and customer
satisfaction, Assists in gathering market data, analyzing product performance,
ensuring the quality and success of our products and supporting the Product
Manager in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify product improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and documentation.
- Analyze product performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Identify and mitigate product risks.
- Test products rigorously before launch.
- Identify and report defects and bugs.
- Collaborate with development team to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain testing protocols and documentation.
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in training and onboarding staff.
- Monitor and report operational metrics.
- Reports to Product Manager/Support Services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in product analysis or management and experience in QA testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., JUnit, Selenium).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
- Certification in product management or analysis (e.g., CSPO, CFA).
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
