Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical team and drive our technology strategy forward. As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological vision, strategies, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, with extensive experience in software, hardware, or network engineering, along with the necessary qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's technology roadmap in alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
• Oversee the research, development, and implementation of new technologies and

innovations.

• Collaborate with executive management to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, security, and operations to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and platforms that improve operational effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chief Technology Officer or in a senior technology leadership role.
• Cumulative of 8 years of experience in software engineering, hardware engineering, network engineering, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technological innovation and transformation.
• Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or other industry-specific certifications.
• Experience in scaling technology infrastructure and operations in a fast-growing environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management.
