Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our technical product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on technical products, along with the necessary qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the strategic vision and roadmap for our technical products in alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business strategy.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery and implementation.
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with industry trends to inform product decisions.
• Define and track key product metrics and success criteria.
• Work closely with stakeholders to communicate product updates, milestones, and roadblocks.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technical products or services.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Product management certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing Certified).
• Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, or enterprise software solutions.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and design thinking.
• Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
